CRAY SUCCESS WILL LEAD TO MORE HARD WORK
By Paul Parker, writing in the Bromley Times

Cray Wanderers have announced plans to move to a new ground within the Bromley borough and I, for one, am delighted for everyone involved with the Wands.
They've always been competing well and gaining promotions in recent seasons and I'm very pleased for their manager, Ian Jenkins.
The prospect of a venue Cray can call their own tells you just how hard Ian and his coach, Joe Francis, have worked because - without the success - it's very difficult to go out and ask: 'Please give us a home'.
The two, invariably, go hand-in-hand as prospective investors need to buy into the belief that you can still go a little bit further up the league ladder.
However, as everyone knows, moving into a different environment does not guarantee you anything as the players need to get used to the surroundings.
Bad sides raise their performance levels and, suddenly, become better and a big task is finding the right players who can handle that scenario.
You definitely have to make sure you don't end up with players who just want to play in a nice setting and earn big money.
Jenkins is clever enough though and he knows enough about that level of football that he won't tolerate having any shirkers around him.
